Here you will find paintings and drawings, writing and music I have created over many decades of creative work. Much of the artwork presented here is available for purchase. Prints are available for all pieces.
The writing presented here is part of a book tentatively entitled "We Make the Path by Walking it!". It is a work in process, a series of stories and essays that provide a context for the art and music, a description of the life of an idealist, community organizer and political activist trying to bring people together to create the "Beloved Community", and touching in the life and work of other artists like myself.
I have been both a barroom and movement musician. my original songs are featured in the Chicago History Museum, The Smithsonian, and the Jon P. Parker Underground Railroad Museum in Ripley, Ohio. in this section I have place recordings of events in which I have played, recordings of original songs and a show I wrote and toured based on the Book "Beyond the River" The story of the Underground Railroad in Ohio.
